Delivery Policy

We will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications.

However, due to seasonal conditions, the substitutions may be necessary. In the case where a speficic flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, subsitutions of equivalent or higher value may be made to achieve the same overall colour, style and design to ensure the order is delivered on time.
